If this is the case then you can try to download a compressed version of the same program. It is the same file that has been compressed using a ZIP utility. You will need an UNZIP utility to decompress it back into the original setup program.
You can also download the following version of the normal installation program instead. It is the same file renamed using "extension" instead of "exe". After downloading the file you will have to manually rename it: change its extension to "exe" on your computer. Once it is renamed to "calcute_setup.exe" it will be identical to the normal setup program.
